7. Pricing

All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If the price goes up or down in between you placing and receiving your order, we will honour the original price.


8. Ordering and stock availability

We aim to display only items that are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. From time to time we may sell out of some lines, in which case we will aim to advise you within the  delivery period. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative or receive a full refund for the full price you paid.

Your order confirmation is via email and is only an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance amounting to a contract. The contract commences upon dispatch of the goods.

 Paws on Track makes no representation as to the goods, items, products or services referred to in, or sold from, this Site as being available or suitable for use.

Products sold on are for use in a domestic setting. 

9. Cancellation

If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel that order free of charge so long as you do so within 14 working days of receipt of goods. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation. Goods may be on their way to you. We will cancel any such order without charging you, with the exception that we reserve the right to make a charge for the return of the goods when necessary. In the event of cancellation we guarantee to refund your money within 21 days.

We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality. Where the Goods are products we warrant that they will meet their specification.

 Paws on Track reserves the right to remove, modify or change, without notice, any information on this Site from time to time.  Paws on Track may change these terms at any time by posting notice of the changes on the Site.
